Shane Kempton

Six foot four and 110kg of pure Western Australia passion for life, Shane, alias ‘The Commando' Kempton, believes "Success in life comes down to 3 "Clicks". First Click is with your Self - Discovering the authentic YOU. The Second "Click" is attracting the right people into your life by being your true Self. And the third "Click" occurs when like minded people get together, through the synergy they create, anything is possible.

Shane's coaching expertise were born from his real estate career which began in 1999 after a 5 year military career which included serving with the elite SASR (Special Air Service Regiment). In 2001 he progressed from an award winning sales consultant who earned a 6 figure income working a 25 hour week, to sales manager, general manager in 2002 and then to business owner in 2003.

He then led his Team to the number one position in WA for five consecutive years and the national number 1 office in 2006. In March that year he sold his business which was worth $1,000,000 and was appointed the youngest CEO for Roy Weston Real Estate Group. 2007 he was instrumental in managing the emotions and relationships of over 500 people in one of WA’s biggest real estate re-brands, when Roy Weston merged with Harcourts International.

Co-Author of two books, sought after public speaker and fun loving family man, Shane now shares his simple success systems into the lives of the people he coaches and mentors throughout Australia.
